Pay your deposit and Shay gets to work

Once Shay quotes you and you're happy, pay a deposit to lock in your spot. Standard production is 2–3 weeks.

Sneak-peek photo when it's ready

Before anything ships, Shay sends you a photo so you can see exactly what you're getting.

Share your shipping address

After you approve the sneak peek, send Shay your address. She packages everything up and ships it out.

Tracking info shared once shipped

Shay texts you the tracking number so you can follow your order all the way to your door.

Once your outfit is finished and you've approved the sneak-peek photo, Shay ships within 1–3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, but Shay will share the tracking number so you can watch it in real time.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes — Shay ships to all 50 states. Wherever you are in the US, your custom outfit can get to you.
Can I track my package?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, Shay texts you the tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way.
What's the shipping cost?
